Sandberg & Schneidewind Code of Conduct
Principles of Social Responsibility
While we conduct our business within the framework of applicable national and international laws, regulations and industrial standards, we also acknowledge that these rules do not govern all types of behaviour.
We, Sandberg & Schneidewind believe in social responsibility and fair cooperation as the guiding tenets of all what we do. Sustained management is an essential part of our business practice.
As a result we have implemented a Code of Conduct binding for all our staff members. These are the principles we stand for:
Discrimination
We do not tolerate any form of discrimination against gender, age, race, nationality, physical or mental disability, social background or sexual orientation.
Human Rights and Observance of Laws
We respect human rights and the relevant laws, values, standards and social orders of all countries.
Environmental Protection
The protection of nature and environment is an integral component of our business practice.
Health and Safety
We provide a safe and healthy working environment to our employees.
Fair Pay
Wages and social benefits shall equal or exceed the level required by local legal standards.
Child Labour
We condemn child labour and observe the legal rules and regulations on the minimum age of employees. In particular youths must not be exposed to dangerous or unsafe conditions.
Corruption
We pursue a zero tolerance policy to all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery.
